These methods of losing weight fast are of little help. After putting yourself on this medication, you will notice that you are hurting your body rather than helping it. The reason behind this is because whenever you finish your capsules, you will not have lost a lot of weight, and second, you will start to gain what you have lost back.

The package was there when I got home last night around 7:00pm, so I thought I’d take one right away. Big mistake. The reason the instructions say to take it before breakfast is because there is some kind of powerful stimulant in them. I think I got about 3 hours of sleep last night. I don’t see anything in the list of ingredients, so I don’t know what’s in there. I do have to admit that I have to hunger today, so that part is working. I just wish that I knew what kind of stimulant it is. Massive amounts of caffiene? I feel like I had 4 Red Bulls. It feels similar to some pills I took years ago, with ephedra in them, before it got banned. They seemed to be the only thing that would work for me to lose the weight, but they would hype me up.
*****I figured it out. The ingredient that causes the stimulation is Bitter Orange. Its used as a substitute for ephedra. This product may work and I’ll keep the 4 star rating I gave it, but I think in the future I’ll purchase other products made with Bitter Orange, for a lot less money. Nature’s Way standardized bitter orange, 60 tablets for between $5.00 and $10.00.

I will say that these do work. I am normally a VERY hungry person, have to eat every few hours or I get shakey, and I do seem to eat a lot less. Doesn’t mean I’ve lost my desire for food. I just try to listen to my body and if my stomach is not growling, I do not eat. I’ve dropped 4 lbs in less than a week though I doubt it’s permanent weight loss. I have had headaches every day which is the only side effect. No jitteriness which is the common side effect of appetite suppresant pills. I’m only trying to lose weight for a vacation so this is a good quick fix. As for long term way to keep weight off, I’m uncertain.
