I am normally a VERY hungry person, have to eat every few hours or I get shakey, and I do seem to eat a lot less. Doesn't mean I've lost my desire for food. I just try to listen to my body and if my stomach is not growling, I do not eat. I've dropped 4 lbs in less than a week though I doubt it's permanent weight loss. I have had headaches every day which is the only side effect. No jitteriness which is the common side effect of appetite suppresant pills. I'm only trying to lose weight for a vacation so this is a good quick fix. As for long term way to keep weight off, I'm uncertain. Rating: 4 / 5 I will say that these do work. I don't see anything in the list of ingredients, so I don't know what's in there. I do have to admit that I have to hunger today, so that part is working. I just wish that I knew what kind of stimulant it is. Massive amounts of caffiene? I feel like I had 4 Red Bulls. It feels similar to some pills I took years ago, with ephedra in them, before it got banned. Its used as a substitute for ephedra.
