hey guys…i need to lose weight …fast!!!?

Umm. . . I’m kind of fat. . . With so many people staring at me I dont. . . I must find a way to lose weight. . I have one to eat the right foods and exercise times, tryed 2 weeks so i do not have any weight, I gave up. . Please help

You don’t have to lose weight fast. Just try to lose 3 lbs. a week. Exercise for an hour a day and eat between 1300-1400 calories. You should see some improvement.

The have these 2 day hollywood diets at walmart for like 15 dollars are something. It’s a drink, it’s kinda gross but it works. It’s sort of like a laxitive I guess, but you’ll lose weight fast if you really want to do something like that. But I would stick with eating healthier and excersize.

people are all shapes and sizes. people will be smaller than you and people will be bigger than you.
there’s no such way to lose weight “fast” because there are different views on the word “fast”. if you mean four days, that’s not going to happen. over months and exercise and eating healthy balanced foods you may see a change.

You should eat healthy foods and burn more calories than you intake. And you can do both of these by dieting and exercising.
Here are some tips I can give:
-Drink lots of water
-stay away from fat-sugar-sweet-fastfoods
-dont eat after 7 pm
-eat 5 small meals including snacks(breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinne⦠snack with nuts,fruit or yogurt because this make you feel not hungry so you dont eat much in meals
I am not saying you to eat lot with 5 meals, I say eat often but less. In fact the main point on weight loss is not how much we eat in a day, the main point is how healthy meals we eat and how much calorie we consume
-eat grilled and boiled foods(ex: grilled chicken/fish and boiled vegetables is a perfect dinner)
-drink green tea(this is really important because green tea speeds metabolism and so you burn more calories- 2-3 cups of green tea in a day is really necessary)
Here is a sample diet plan that works perfectly:
Breakfast: a piece of cheese,slices of tomatoes, 4 5 olives,2 egg whites and green tea or milk
Snack with nuts
Lunch: Salad
Snack with fruits or yogurt
Dinner: Grilled chicken/fish and boiled vegetables or salad
By exercising you make all your body work and so burn calories. There are many good exercise programs that you can do easily at home. I dont like go gym so I use the most recommended one at home and very happy with it.

In order to shed some weight a little effort is necessary at first.,, then it will come as a habit. Whenever you can, walk. Give up drinking anything but water. Once or twice a week, go swimming at the local pool.

You might not believe this, but if you stick to a healthy dietary habits by eating small meals throughout the day like every 3 hours, protein shakes and copious amounts of water you will lose body fat and maintain size. Things like bread and pasta should be kept to a minimum, they are still needed and are good if you need that extra energy to get through a workout. Just don’t over do them! Losing muscle mass occurs when you are on a ‘diet’ that denies your body the nutrients needed to sustain strength.
