Im 5′2” and 135lbs. How do i lose weight fast? And is “stackers 3″ a good way? if not what should i use? ~thx

I have a very busy day everyday. Dealing with school, and babysitting, and a job, and i try to get good sleep. Which doesnt leave time for exersize. I want to loose weight fast, and my best friend tell sme to use stackers3, or something like that. What can i take or use to help me get to what i want?
