What is the easiest way to lose weight and very fast?
I’ve been on a 1200 calorie diet for maybe a month or more and exercise almost daily. I do exercises for my abs a lot. You can kinda tell I’m losing in my stomach. but its just not showing on the scale. How can I lose it Physically and on the scale?

Your body won’t release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs and increase exercise. It will slow your metabolism to compensate and store every spare ounce as fat. If you continue lowering your calories, it will continue lowering that set point, til you can survive off nothing and store fat on anything. The body will only release it’s fat stores if it knows there is plenty of food. I would suggest you dramatically increase, your food intake. It will take your body awhile to access the fat stores depending how long you’ve been in starvation mode, but you shouldn’t gain weight, other than water weight and the lean tissue your body has had to strip to access nutrition.
You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). Keep the calories high and the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.
If you starve yourself by lowering calories lower than are needed for the body to function, your body will freak out and will want to store every ounce in case it doesn’t get nourished again. You need to give it adequate nourishment so it doesn’t slow your metabolism down to adjust for lower calories.
Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.
Simple carbs are addictive and can be disastrous to our health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs and eat one every time you want “something” have huge omelets for breakfast, with bacon, a lil onion, peppers, mushrooms & cheese. Pork chops for lunch. Get pork rinds and eat them with tuna salad. Steak for dinner. Make a huge sugar free cheese cake for dessert. Eat so much you won’t feel deprived of anything. By the fourth day, your addiction will be gone and you can start making healthy choices.
High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.
Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a “diet” Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Lutz “Life without Bread” & Taubes “Good calorie, bad calorie” are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths.
Reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass will have you in awesome shape in no time. Good luck!

Let’s start…..I weighed 190 pounds and I lost 65 pounds……..I will share my experience with u………..first of all don’t expect any weight loss for one week when u make any changes in your diet or start exercising……..your body will need sometime to change itself into fat burning mode ….first week eliminate all bad things from your diet …..like all processed foods, oily foods, sugary foods and fatty foods and all junk, ice creme, soda, chips , biscuits and all fast foods etc……. and replace them with low fat, low sugar, low sodium , whole grain foods etc……..then make a weight loss plan for yourself…….u should eat 5 times a day , breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner………this week u will be changing your bad routine and creating a new good one……also try to analyze wut u do wrong and why have u gained all this weight so that u can change your behavior towards food……..u will have to develop a new relationship with food all over…….and probably some of your bad habits too….try to chose healthy foods for all meals ….some tips to chose healthy meals for your plan
1. try eating protein for breakfast….egg whites or protein shake
2. snack should be any fresh fruit u like……..strawberries, pineapple, apple, black grapes, watermelon are all great for weight loss cos they are full of nutrients and have antioxidant properties as well
3. eat lots of raw veggie salad before lunch so that u still feel full and then eat whole wheat bread tuna sandwich etc…..
4. drink green tea to boost metabolism with some drops of lemon and honey
5. another great snack option is a cup of low-fat yogurt ……..its great for permanent fat loss
6. a handful of almonds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds are examples of good fat as a snack and they provide lots of energy and keep blood sugar stable so that u don’t any cravings
7. dinner should be lots of soup or stir-fried vegetables……..try not eating rice or bread for dinner …eat them for lunch after salad
8 if u feel like eating dessert try eating pineapple or mangoes or any sweet fruit like dates etc.
9 allow yourself one meal a week of your choice ……u can go out once a week for one meal but not more than that
10 drink lots of water but if u will drink hot water it will help u lose weight even faster ….hot water has lots of health benefits……or at least try drinking two glasses of hot water first thing in the morning ….if u can add some drops of lemon it will be even better….it will help u get rid of toxins fast and improve digestive system and liver function
For Exercise walking is the best exercise………try adding it in your daily life…….I used to walk my dog for 4 to 5 times a week or u can use a treadmill if u like ………u can start stretching at first and then gradually go to advanced options like aerobics……i also used to put on some music and dance like crazy…and i still do it
Also imagine yourself slim and think about the reward after all this effort…..it will be worth it and remember weight loss is possible but self-discipline and consistency is the key. Good luck!!

Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we’ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.
Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.
Make a few additional small changes – walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.
Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can’t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.
In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.
Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate – in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don’t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.
Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.
Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.
Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.
Vary your routines. Don’t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn’t adjust to any one routine.
An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.
Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so you’re more than likely gaining more muscle.
If you want to see the scale go down, i suggest you exercise right in the morning, this way during the day you burn more calories and have more energy to do things.
Or maybe you’re not working hard enough. I have a workout DVD called Turbo Jam. It gets me so pumped up while i exercise so i go all out. The more you move the more calories you burn.
If you seem interested in Turbo Jam, the best thing to do is look it up on youtube first, to see if it fits you’re type of personality.
Hope this helps

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
