You can use extra virgin coconut oil & unsweetened cocoa + sugar substitute, very low carb (excellent with unsweetened coconut flakes added)

thank you for posting this video. I actually tried the cauliflower “rice”…oh my goodness with butter. Great. Now I’m trying soy noodles I got from the Asian market. I made a New Orlean’s shrimp sauce with the noodles…it was fabulous. Not a fan of ther celery root. thanks again for posting.

Good informative vid matey, just one thing to add, another snack to replace crisps, pork scratchins, mr porky ones had no carbs in em. I weight 28st and i`m starting a low carb diet and exercise program tomorrow, hopefully i`ll be losing about 9 – 10 Lbs a week.

most products you show are processed.. substituing processed crap for more processed crap; also, they are not staple food substitutes… but junk food or condiments.
