Jillian has a good book here with minimal differences when compared to Suzanne Somers Books, Ageless or Breakthrough. By the way, have u heard about Suzanne’s Brand New Mood Enhancing & Anti-Aging Beverage called:
“Sip of Sunshine”?? Strawbeery Lemonade Never Tasted So Good or Paid $o

As I read this book I hear the same theme over and over. Every story that Julian tells is a slight variation of the same. Her message could be written in one chapter, 20 pages. Horrible book.

I respect Ms. Michaels’ talent as a trainer and exercise expert. I believe she has researched the benefits of organic food and the dangers of chemicals.
However, I do not believe she has a medical degree.
Ms. Michaels refers to diseases that were made up solely to sell pharmaceuticals, and specifically refers to restless leg syndrome, which she seems to believe is a particularly outrageous “diagnosis. ”
Perhaps Ms. Michaels really believes this. Perhaps she’s just saying it to make a point. In either case, she’s not only wrong, but out of line giving medical advice without a license.
Just this morning I woke up, after a very bad night, with my legs twitching and jumping painfully. This is not something I made up to help a pharmaceutical company. It’s never been diagnosed. I don’t take medicine for it. I do try to keep my potassium level up, however. Does Ms. Michaels think banana growers made up my pain to get me to eat more of their yellow fruit?
I don’t disagree with Ms. Michaels’ point that organic foods and avoiding chemicals are good health moves. I resent her calling my very painful problem a fiction made up to sell medicine.
Ms. Michaels should stick to what she’s actually qualified to do, and not give medical advice.
