Master Cleanse
I am doing a master cleanse to flush toxins out of my system. It’s the first day and I am already bitching. The master cleanse cleans out toxins from your body. While the cleanse is not “fun” the Master Cleanse System has been around for decades.

no you can’t drink sugar or lemon juice with the tea. the whole point of the master cleanse is to detox and sugar is one of the more worse things you can put in your body. i think you can get a lax tea at any whole foods, i actually got mine from just a regular super market though…

Okay like during winter recess I want to try the master cleanse but I have two questions 1. When I drink the laxative tea can I add sugar and lemon juice? 2. Where can I purchase the laxative tea? Thanks

hahaah!! i love the FUN FUN part. i did that when i made it..put too much cheyenne pepper in it..& it was NASTY& spicy! i only made it one day..i know..pathetic! i wana retry it though. soon.

What I do is pour 8oz at a time to drink and put a pinch of the cayenne in there when I’m about to actually consume it. If you let cayenne pepper just sit in there it’s going to make the whole thing *HOT* lol

I was planning on going to the raw food diet after my cleanse too . I bought the raw food detox diet book . We will see if this is one of those life changing moments or just an idea .

What you can do is take the K-pepper all at once and get it over with. This helps with the taste! Trust me it works.

haha i put too much cayenne pep on my first day too and nearly barfed! then i got a nast urinary tract infection flare up the same day, so quit the clese and had to take antibiotics for 7 days

You need to try veg for a four or five months. I did and lost 20 punds in four months. I dont crave all the nast shit and eat alot better. You can still have the chesse and fake meat. You allow your body to cleanse without starving yourself.

I would like to know please Charlotte, is that a fake nose you’re wearing… like part of a mask? It’s just I’ve never seen a (real) nose that huge, I’m sorry, but it’s true.
