GOOD JOB!! At my school too I have a class where I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs and everytime I get to the top I’m all sweaty and breathing heavy and feel like I’m going to pass out! That’s so awesome that you were able to do that!!!

I am very active (despite being 326lbs – Im a nurse so on my feet alot) I worry about exhaustion. What are your thoughts on this?
Are you doing the salt water flush part in the morning? is it even needed? I bought my blender ball container last night (2). Going to Whole Foods today to try and find the book.
