This product arrived in a very timely matter and was very carefully packaged. A little overpackaged actually. . but at least nothing was messed up. As for the kit itself, do plenty of research before beginning this process and you should have great results.

This package has all the essentials for the Master Cleanse plus the Peppermint Tea which I found unnecessary. When preparing for the cleanse as well as during the cleanse itself, read through the diaries and blogs of others who have and are in the same process. They’re full of advice, humorous, and helps alleviate the pressures you may endure. Misery loves company, right? The best thing about this deal though is that the seller has very prompt service.

I went from 261 lbs to 235. 5 lbs in 14 days. I gained some back however It has kept me honest about my the food I consume and working out again!
