My top part wouldnt stay in the bra because it was very lose, I went from 46 to 36. Shhhhh dont tell anyone.
Wrong. The best exercise to lose fat from stomach or anywhere on the body is cardio. You can’t spot train where you’d like to lose fat. The body loses fat one way only and thats through cardio. Sure exercises will help build and tighten through gaining muscles but you’re not acually losing fat in those areas.
You’re really only losing water weight within a 10 day period. The quickest way to lose weight that fast is to do the Atkins low carb diet. You cut out carbs and your body must move to another source of enegery. Your fat. Make sure to check Keytones because losing weight too fast is unhealthy and peeing too many keytones can ruin your kidneys.
the best excersize to lose belly fat is sit ups! for the first few days secure your feet under a couch or a bed, put your arms at a 90 degree angle and come up into a sitting posiotion. repeat 20 times. to lose arm flab do 10 push ups after your sit ups. repeat these excersizes a few times daily it should only take 10 minutes a day!
im going to do an update video for you this week and you make your own judgement…has the world got so negitive we are just waiting for people to fail…so you dont have to even try….I will let you set my weight loss goal how about that….but you have to put up some thing too.
ok so if this product is such a big secret ok i understand but like i see this video and some other videos has been done 4 months ago…I would love to see how you look now? can you keep us updated? like this trust me you guys will have more customers….Make us see that it does work for a good long time and not just for 11 days.
