Day 2, Lose a pound a day
I talk about my new weight loss challenge and my breakfast. I started the challenge yesterday weighing in at 229.2. So with a pound a day, I’m supposed to reach my goal weight of 120 pounds by September 7.

You will lose a lot of muscle with a such a low calorie diet and end up with a lot of loose skin if you do it to quickly. Not to mention in order to lose a pound a day you need to burn 3500 calories which is very unlikely. I would shoot for 2lb per week at most. If you are just starting out then most of the weight coming off will just be water so it will appear that you are losing more. Don’t always trust the scale.

hi guys i’m losin a pound a day and i exersice for 10 minutes and eat three healthy really short meals for example i may eat a pear in the morning for breakfast, a mall salad with chicken not fried nothing fried and i eat a the last meal of anything else a small amout to satisfy not to over fill and i drinks lots of water i have taken all juice and soda out of my life always drink water before my meals and i have lost a total of 24 pounds on july 17 i hit 30 pounds.

im on a liquid diet and 5′6 and 150 15yrs i plan to get 130 i dont care if i die:D working on six pack to i SEE QUICK ASS IMPROVEMENTS but really weak hahaha

it’s good i really dont eat breakfast but when i do get hungry i do eat at least one of the protein bars or something like that, she is right when you do forces yourself to eat your body will pretty much tell you to not eat cause u forced yourself and do not miss a meal actually double it. if more in about a week check out my account.

a pound a day is totally attainable……. not even running, just walk… you must CHANGE your eating habits….. lay off the dairy and sweets, and increase your foods with protein. also eat little bits throughout the day instead of big meals. and no eating after 7 p.m. watch your body SHRINK!!! WORKED FOR ME! 316.6 TO 190 in 8 months.

losing a pound a day is very unhealthy. Its best to lose 2 pounds per a week.

You can lose a pound per day. You just have to run for several hours a day.

you can’t lose a pound per day, that’s just water weight. notice how after you eat you gain weight on the scale, and then after drinking lots of water and emptying your bladder your weight is back to normal. having an apple for breakfast first is a good idea, but making sure you get your protein is also a great idea. i heard that eating potatos (no not dipped and fried in oil.) will absorb your fat.

Hey girl, dont go for a pound a day, remember even half a pound works! as long as its weight. I use to weight 230 and now im at 160, message me if you need a friend! remember workout is key. You can do it!

I’ve heard that losing 1 lb per weeks is what is healthier. and easier to keep up with.

Yes, an apple is what I have for breakfast. Remember breakfast is just the first meal you have in the day to “break the fast”. But that does not mean it is all I eat in the morning because I eat small but frequent meals.

I’m happy to see you doing well,your plan of 120lbs by Sept 7th sounds great,I’m sure you can do it,My mom used to tell me “an apple a day keeps the doctor away!!”
