i use to hate running…but i agree…after you get the hang of it..you get addicted!! now i can’t go a day without running. i feel super guilty if i don’t run!! congratulations on your weight loss..i’m trying to loose like 10 pounds and it’s sooo hard haha..but i run every day so one day i’ll get there.

Great Video-Think- Calories in vs calories out. Watch how much b4 bed (when sitting around doing nothing & then going 2 bed – not expending many calories). Think Protein & Non-Starchy Veggies (no potatoes) & healthy Fats. (peanut butter is good – watch it b4 bed – i cut it out – was easily consuming too many calories. I just eat 4 eggs w/ only 2 yolk before bed. about 200 calories.) Breakfast about 600 calories. 6 hours later – Lunch about 600 calories. then rite 4 bed.

lots of cardio!!! Do excersises that get your heart beating and you will lose the weight you need to. Do something like running everyday and you will be good, will help you for football even more if your run ning everyday. Good luck!
