Look everyone loseing weight just takes any exercise and a well designed diet. Your body is like a bathtub filled with water, You take 1 scoop out it evens out. You will never be able to just lose weight, You have to gain muscle ect.

Hello , I”m almost 15 .. I have a problem with my weight !! I have 10 extra KG and i want to lose them in a right way !! I can’t do a diet because mom won’t let me !! But i can practise sport !! I have a fast-metabolism, so losing weight isnt hard, because i have none, but foods these days have less and less fat, I end up having to eat almost 8x as much as a regular person to get my daily amount, this exercise does work, it slims me out alot better then most exercises.

@daniroxsx it’s different for every person, you have to factor in things like body fat, amount of muscle, your diet, how intense/fast you are doing this when you start out compared to one month in. why don’t you just weigh or measure yourself, do this twice a day, and see where you go.
